RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you’re happy with your order, but if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of dispatch to return an item. To be eligible, all products must be unopened, sealed, and unused.
We are unable to accept returns for any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, as this may affect the quality of the product.
All returns must include the original packaging and be received in resellable condition. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions or that arrive outside the 30-day return window.
How to Start a Return
To arrange a return or cancel an item, please email support@greenbudzcbd.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions from there.
A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you by email of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was sent in error or is faulty.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card provider — it may take time for the refund to appear.
- Contact your bank if needed.

Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Custom or limited-edition products may not be eligible for return.

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Return Shipping Advice
For returns valued over £50, we strongly recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the original shipping charge will not be refunded. A redelivery fee may apply.
Abuse of Returns Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers who repeatedly misuse the returns process, attempt to abuse promotional offers, or where fraudulent behaviour is suspected.
