DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely using trusted Royal Mail services. The following delivery options are available at checkout:

UK SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Royal Mail 1st Class – Aimed delivery within 1–2 working days (not tracked)
  • Royal Mail 2nd Class – Estimated 2–3 working days (not tracked)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Tracked delivery in 1–2 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Tracked delivery in 2–3 working days

All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Tracked services include live updates via Royal Mail’s tracking system.

Important: Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class are untracked.

  • If you choose one of these services and your parcel does not arrive, it can take up to 30 days for us to receive confirmation from Royal Mail before we can offer any resolution. 
  • These services include insurance of up to £20 only. 
  • If Royal Mail confirms delivery after the 30-day investigation period, no refund or replacement will be issued.

For a faster and more secure delivery with real-time updates, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked option (Tracked 24 or Tracked 48).

DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. While we offer same-day dispatch, this is not always guaranteed. Therefore, we guarantee to dispatch any orders placed by 12pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) by the next working day, unless stated otherwise on our website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email or text message if you selected a tracked service. Please note that tracking scans may not appear until later in the evening.

 SHIPPING ADDRESS & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. Green Budz is not financially responsible for:

- Incorrect or incomplete addresses

- Parcels lost or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

- Any additional shipping charges due to resending a returned parcel

If an item is returned to us, a £4.99 re-shipping fee will apply. This must be paid before the parcel can be sent again.

MISSED DELIVERIES & SAFE PLACE OPTIONS

If no one is available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail may leave a "Something for you" card with instructions on how to collect or rearrange delivery. You may also choose delivery to a neighbour or a designated safe place.

If you choose to have your parcel delivered to a safe place or neighbour, you accept full responsibility. Green Budz will not be liable for lost or stolen parcels under these circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

- Orders can be cancelled at no charge if they have not yet been dispatched.

- Once dispatched, shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship within the UK. International shipping may be introduced in the future for selected product lines.
